It was magnificent and lovely easy to get to restaurant.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is super convenient for passing through to the Catlins and within walking distance to an amazing dinner at The Point bar and Cafe. The views of the sea and Nugget Point are jaw-dropping. The apartment itself is warm, cosy, and beautifully furnished. The breakfast options provided in the fridge were a pleasant surprise. I loved the option to watch Netflix on an overcast evening. It truly felt like a home away from home. Can't wait to book again soon and hopefully stay longer next time. Thank you, Lindsay!

Stunning location near Kaka Point, the pub, the beach, and the room was brand-new. I loved available a safe, television and a microwave oven. Got private bathroom with bathtubs. I could use a handy kitchenette. The view on sea was amazing...

The apartment at Kaka Point Views has a cozy living room where we could relax and hang out together. The bedroom was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. We loved waking up to the amazing sea views from the apartment's terrace. The kitchenette had a fridge and microwave, making it convenient for us to prepare quick meals. The flat-screen TV in the apartment was a nice addition for entertainment.

Personally, I would have preferred if the apartment had a bathtub instead of just a shower. But others might still find the shower enjoyable.

The outdoor dining area and picnic tables were a great addition for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. , the beach access and proximity to Nugget Point Lighthouse made it a perfect base for exploring the Catlins. Highly recommended!

The view of the beach and breaking waves from the sizeable deck and patio doors was stunning. It felt like a home away from home with everything we needed, including access to a laundry. the location was perfect, with beautiful Kaka Point beach within walking distance and plenty of attractions within driving distance.

The bathroom floor was not thoroughly vacuumed, and there was a noticeable amount of long blond hair left under the towel rail.

Beachfront property with a balcony - perfect for my morning coffee and people-watching. Free parking and WiFi - thank goodness, I can update my fabulous holiday status.

It was a shame that my neighbors had a nightly karaoke session. Who needs sleep anyway, right?

Cozy spot for our first of many nights here. The rooms are roomy and have a stunning view. It's close to a restaurant and the beach. Plus, it's right in the heart of town! 🌅

We had an amazing stay at this apartment with stunning sea views. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the sandy beach and close to several restaurants. the room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. the owner was responsive and provided excellent communication. the added touches, such as a fruit bowl, bread, spreads, and milk for breakfast, made us feel welcome. We also appreciated the smart TV and the quiet atmosphere. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

One small downside was that the Mandarin in the fruit bowl was a bit too ripe.
